Mamma's Pizza - Richmond Hill

Stopped for a slice on the go as usual. Pepperoni slice was only $4, which is pretty good.... I don't mind Mamma's pizza.. as its nice and thin and fresh, but for some reason (unlike in other Mamma's locations) i didn't taste the sauce at all.. just bread and cheese. Service was quick... but... i had to wash my hands twice... once to wash my hands, then second time after I saw that I touched the light switch..

Ordered online for delivey. 1 hour and 20 min later, we called the store and the claimed they never recieved it. Asked if I still wanted my order, when I asked what they are willing to do for me, the lady said she didn't understand what I was asking. I said it nice and clear what kind of discount are they offering? She only offered 20% and it will be another 45min until I get my pizza. Will never order or dine at this franchise again.

There's good variety of pizzas here. We came only because it was advertised at our hotel. We were expecting a sit-down restaurant, but were ok with ordering and taking it back to our hotel. But, for two pizza s, it took over twenty minutes, sitting in an non-air conditioned take-out area. Thankfully, we were happy with the taste. Price was reasonable.

I was staying at a local hotel and I ordered a large 5 topping pizza for delivery. I was advised it would be about 45 minutes. Finally arrived after an hour or more, well after my guests who I ordered it for had left already. Pizza wasn't that hot and was actually limp/soggy from being in the box so long. Price for the large was over $36.00, which is on the expensive side for what I got. I had one piece and had to throw the rest in the garbage. Would not try again and would not recommend to others.

We ordered 2 party sized pizzas and 1 lactose-free pizza for a party we were having. We asked for the pizzas to be delivered at 5:15...they arrived closer to 5:30 and they had forgotten the lactose free pizza. That meant we had guests who stood around eating nothing until they could come back with the forgotten pizza (which arrived 35 minutes later! . I was not offered any compensation. The pizzas themselves had very little toppings. The next day, after talking to the ones who ate the lactose free pizza, they all had stomach issues all night. I contacted the company, but heard NOTHING back. I would NOT recommend this place.
