McDonald's - Richmond Hill

This place at 420 hWy 7 East, Richmond Hill is a joke. When driving thru, the cold big Mac is served and it looks chaotic as if they drop it on the floor and pick it up and give it to me. They do not even offer...receipt or napkin. Very often they do and I finally have enough. I'll never go back. I agree with the hygiene of foods, as presented to me during driving.

We were focused on using the automatic order, but chose the person we had a voucher and were not sure how to use it. It was slow to get our breakfast. It was a snowy day, but maybe you could let your customers know you're understated by the weather.

Had a trip late on a day of a week, ordered the famous quarter-peter with cheese without ketchup and additional pimples, simple order, nothing else. Had to the window, no one was there, wait, wait, wait, finally came a person, he had as flatter as he worked on the...cashier screen, it was a 'show in him himself'; when I paid, the torch actions dropped him the coins, so he asked me to get it, told him NO... He dropped it, he should make it wrong. When I came home with the order, it had ketchup, no extra pickles and it was the burger ice-cold... I never go back to McCrap.

I'm not a fast food person. I like the fish on the bungalow with my coffee, but my big kids and big grandchildren love Mc Donald's. they go once a week.

Not being a big fan of fast food, box chain stores I rarely ever visit them This was the exception and takes me back to not being a fan. I ordered a simple order of a filet o fish sandwich and a big mac WITHOUT...onions. Fish sandwich was NOTHING like the images and photos the chain advertizes...sauce was oozing out of one side, fish portion 1/3 hanging out of the other side. A simple request of no onions one would expect and assume was simple enough...receipt said NO ONIONS, order display said NO ONIONS but prep person must have read DOUBLE ONIONS...can't understand the mix-up but sadly as I had already driven away, the Big Mac and it's sodium, fats, calories and onions would cause no harm as I tossed out the sandwich entirely. Over $10 for a lop-sided sad looking fish sandwich....
