Mr Zagros - Richmond Hill

I really love Mr. Zagros Shawarma Wrap, but I ordered from the Mackenzie location today and noticed they changed how they prepare the wraps. I used to enjoy when they mixed the toppings in a bowl and included sauce, but now it tastes different. I recommend they ask customers if they prefer their toppings mixed or not. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my meal today. I'll try a different location next time.

In the last 6 months, the amount of beef and chicken has gone a lot in the packs! A beef or chicken package has very little meat and especially filled with salad and pimples, begin to look and taste like a vegetarian pack. I feel it's time I look elsewhere for Shawarma Wraps.

This place is a total disappointment. The service is so slow. It's just the man who works, he took orders, the cashier and the preparation of the food. The two ladies are wasting their time and doing nothing. The line up was long, but the older lady just did nothing, went back and forth, cutting meat here and there, which is completely not necessary. A customer stormed back when their food was burned. After 30min we were given food outside, but the taste is as disappointing as the service.. I feel bad for the guy because he really tries to do his best to provide the people.. It's not even important to help. I'm sorry, but I'm not going back to this place.Bad service.bad food.

Disappointing experience. 3 articles ordered, they forgot the third article in order, and then they ran out of the chicken. But somehow the guy behind me... Hardly the chicken tasted on the two items, it was mostly the salads and souses. Not to mention the place is expensive...

I was really disappointed with the portion size at this location. For $27, I received just four spoonfuls of rice, a small amount of meat, and a bit of salad, which doesn't seem worth it. My experience at the Vaughan location was quite the opposite—there, I enjoyed a generous portion at a much better price. I won't be returning to this location again.
