Nonna's Oven - Richmond Hill

Very regrettable that such a delicious restaurant has a very bad service. Called in advance to request a catering order. I was told that as long as I commanded Friday, I will pick up well for Saturday. To my disappointment when I called an order on Thursday night, I was told that they no longer take orders from the catering menu.

Marinara was extremely watery. order the Rapini Pasta, the uncooked, soggy procuitto, no taste, very few ingredients, despite the extra for more toppings. I'm really sad because it's been a long time and I wanted it to be good. The quality was completely sub par.

Nonna's not the same. We loved this place. The last 3 take out, pizza badly cooked, service bad, and we could have additional, but they do not answer the phone. The positive reviews went to their heads and they got arrogant or confident and... broke the ball. We're going somewhere else, winning You give them the advantage of doubt 4 times, 3 bad pizzas, one time will not answer the phone and we know they are open.

I had never been to Nonna's Oven in Oakville before, but let me tell you, when I took the first bite of the Quattro Stagioni pizza, it was like being transported to the Mediterranean. The pizza tasted just like the real deal, with just the right amount of sauce, cheese, artichokes, ham, olives, and fresh mushrooms. Thank you so much! You really nailed the authenticity of Italian cuisine. Keep up the great work!

The food at Noonna Oven is delicious, but I have never dined in because I was nervous.
