Reginos Pizza - Richmond Hill

I had a great experience at this restaurant with no issues to report. I ordered a Mega pizza with three toppings and dipping sauce, which was reasonably priced and a good size. The staff were friendly and the pizza was delicious—I'd say it falls somewhere between Domino's and Pizza Nova in terms of quality. The cheese was incredibly gooey and tasty! I would have preferred it to be cooked a bit longer for a browner crust, like Domino's, but that's a minor detail. Overall, I would give it 5 stars! They also have a fantastic selection of sodas. The only drawback is that their address isn’t posted upstairs, which is a bit frustrating. Please make sure to add that!

The service at this restaurant was terrible, and the bald Indian man who worked there was extremely rude and arrogant. I doubt I will ever return. The pizza also had a strange smell, mixing the aroma of curry with something off-putting.

I placed a pickup order today for two Mega Size 1 Topping Mega Specials, which the website listed as $11.99 for pickup only. However, when I arrived, the price was $13.99. I asked the employee about it, and she explained that the lower price was only available online, but there was no indication of that on the website. It seems like the business is struggling and is just charging whatever they want. As for the pizza itself, it was nothing to write home about—just an overall disappointing experience regarding their pricing practices.

My sons like their pizza and wings. I order from them online almost ever Friday. Their potato wedges are awesome.
