Whenever we forgot what we liked, she was right there to remind us. They offered fresh watermelon juice, and my personal favorite dish was the intestine.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover this place on Google Maps! I came here for dinner, and I have to say that everything—from the service to the quality and quantity of food—is simply outstanding. The staff genuinely care about their customers and regularly check in to ensure we're satisfied. The meat is incredibly fresh, and you can truly taste the difference compared to other BBQ spots in Toronto. The only downside is that if I keep coming here, I might end up overweight soon! LOL
Fun Square for Japanese ayce BBQ. It will be quite a lot to do so that you need reservations for weekends. The various marinated meats are all very good. I think they have less sugar than Korean BBQ, so they tend not to burn so easily. The intestinal and gallic ribs are particularly good. Dessert options are Melonea bars or soft. The soft trends melt quickly in the heat, so you need to eat quickly! You only take cash or debit, so keep that in mind.
Amazing customer service. Receptionist of the reception was super courtesy. We went there without reservation and the reception found us a place at the next available time. We had to wait about 10 minutes, but that wasn't a problem. When we ordered our food, the servers were really fast and efficient. Despite the place that is clogged in the night. The staff was very polite. I love the ambience of the place and the temperature inside is exactly the right amount. The cleanliness of the plant was also excellent. Our table was clean and clean. 10/10 would recommend friends and family.
I visited the restaurant right at opening for lunch and decided to try everything on the beef and pork menu. The thin slices of meat had a nice amount of marbling. My personal favorite was the black pepper short rib strips; the marinade was savory, aromatic, and slightly sweet, with the peppercorns melting in your mouth as you bit into them. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. While the food was good, I felt it was a bit overhyped. It's a reliable option for decent Japanese BBQ.
