This is the best service I have ever experienced at a Tim Hortons location! Even though there are three other Tim Hortons locations closer to my house, I always make the drive to this one because the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. I always order through the mobile app and every time I have ordered from other locations, they have made mistakes or forgotten something. But this location always gets it right! The presentation of the food is clean and appetizing. My family often comes here for donuts or timbits and on one occasion, there was a slight mistake with my order of timbits. The staff was so apologetic and not only gave me the original order, but also added the additional timbits I requested, plus some extra on the side! The workers are super nice.

Dis is da nicest tim's i've been to in a while still, they made a miss wit my sister's order n sofort fix wit no problem n even let she keep da original order dat was in error! Alle Steine

I really like this Tim Hortons. The staff is friendly and efficient. The store is always clean and the sandwiches are better than usual for a Tim Hortons.

The manager is RUDE I come every day and any time she is at the window she has ZERO customer service. Not friendly at all. The rest of the staff is great. Maybe she can learn a thing or two from her staff because she looks miserable and grumpy every time!!!! No smile no thank you and if you take a few seconds to get your payment it’s all attitude.
