Mcdonald's In Lans - Ridge Rd, Lansing

No issues just not Thrilled about out of town stores

Food was decent at this McDonald's, however, the workers were not very kind to my fiance', who is taking a new medication at night that can cause drowsiness for around an hour and they said no one could stay in their parking lot! That is a free parking lot open to McDonald's customers and I found that to be extremely rude, uncompassionate, and ignorant that a woman told her that. Lansing is a pretty safe area and after driving 8 hours straight that day, I would not have wanted her to be in any area that was not up to par! I am not happy about this and my fiance is very disgusted that she was treated that way. I loved this McDonald's and the food was always great, however, the staff seem very impatient, too busy with their phones, and to tell my pregnant fiane that she could not take a nap for a half hour after paying for dinner was awful customer service! I HAVE SEEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, Compassionate WORKERS, AND MORE GENUINE, AND INTELLIGENT STAFF AT THE ENGLEWOOD CHICAGO, ILLINOIS MCDONALD'S. Lansing McDonald's definitely needs to work on their customer service skills, have a change of managerial staff, and learn basic communication 101 skills. This is my opinion, however, I am sure that others have experienced the same!
