Mac's What's Your Culinary Destination

Recently I took my family for dinner at Mac (April 5). Very bad experience. When we walked in., there was no one at the front desk to seat us. We looked all around to find someone. We waited over 15 minutes to be seated. No one came to our table Finally after 20 minutes someone took out drink order. We had a spill on the table. We had to find someone to get towels to clean it up. We were given 3 dirty towels. No one helped us. No one came to take our order. We finally decided to leave. We paid for our drinks. We tried to talk to the waitress who was extremely rude. FYI; a family that came in after us was served promptly. Terrible experience. Will not recommend this restaurant.

Food is good, but the service...appalling. very slow service. Perhaps they are understaffed, but no one gave us any indication on that. So I'll just rate per my experience. If you dont mind waiting and waiting, the food is good and well priced. Bit of everything from traditional american to Norwegian, Moroccan, to Italian. Nice eclectic range, just appalling service

Very good food! The service is a bit lacking...took probably an hour to get food to go. Some customers were complaining to the cashier while I waited for my order. Door dash guy was waiting too...losing money. Seems like the kitchen might be a big part of the problem. Lots of people working there so that's not it. One bad experience can put you off going back.

Sorry for the late review time just seems to fly. My girlfriend and I came to the restaurant for our 1 year dating anniversary on 4/17; which also coincidentally was Easter Sunday. We also came for our very first date making this occasion all the more special for us. We had a tremendous time the food was amazing. I asked if they’d decorate the table bc of the occasion and they did oblige my request. I’m grateful for that as well. She had the beef ravioli and I had the steak dinner. Although there was a discrepancy with our order at first the owner Kevin came out and spoke with us and apologized which actually made the meal all that more enjoyable. They truly care about their customers in my humble opinion. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal. And I look forward to returning next 4/17 for another anniversary dinner!

Went to Macs tonight and had the best meal we’ve had in town (since the last one we had at Macs a few days ago! . The Norwegian menu is awesome, the meatballs are the absolute bomb, had focaccia balls with marinara sauce, the Bo Jackson burger and an ice cream Sunday to boot. We have the absolute best service and sitting outside with our Service Dog AWESOME!!! If you want a great meal, to be treated like family, and great ambiance, Macs is the spot!!!!
