Food was okay.But service was horrible. Kind of expected it to be not to great but whatever.The servers were not only rude but also inattentive. They ignored us multiple times when we tried to ask questions or request service. It was quite a challenge to get their attention, and when we finally did, they seemed annoyed and dismissive.We gave them 15% tips due to our experience, but one of the servers has the audacity to chase us outside and demand for a 18%-20% tips, and stated that is mandatory minimum amount in this place, which I never heard minimum tip requirement in my whole life.I explained the reason but she kept harassing us until we gave her a few more dollars. Will never come back, and recommend to avoid this place.She was so rude and said so many hurtful things, even if I had only tipped 15% or less than 18% that choice is up to the customer and she cannot harass them for the decision.

As a Korean BBQ enthusiast, I was excited to try out this spot with high hopes. Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant turned out to be far from satisfying. The staff's attitude and service were utterly disappointing, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.We arrived at the restaurant with ample time to enjoy our meal before the 10 PM closing time. To our surprise, we were rushed throughout the dinner, and at 9:15 PM, the server asked us to pay, even though we were still in the middle of our meal. This made us feel unwelcome and as if we were an inconvenience to the staff.The servers were not only rude but also inattentive. They ignored us multiple times when we tried to ask questions or request service. It was quite a challenge to get their attention, and when we finally did, they seemed annoyed and dismissive.The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was tense and uncomfortable, which is the complete opposite of what a fun and engaging KBBQ experience should be. It's disheartening to see a restaurant with such potential be overshadowed by the staff's unprofessional behavior.I regretfully cannot recommend this establishment to others seeking a pleasant KBBQ experience. There are many other options with better service and a more welcoming atmosphere. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and makes the necessary improvements. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
