Hunan Noodle - Ridgefield

Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see they served far more than noodles they also had sushi, Chinese, and Thai. I was very surprised that they were able to make the spicy tuna sushi gluten free, and the General Tso's chicken. I asked for it to be extra spicy, but still felt it was about a 3/10 on the heat scale. My daughter even felt it wasn't very spicy the the texture and flavor were both great!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is available, but not indicated anywhere on the menu.
