This restaurant is fantastic! The food and service are outstanding, and the portion sizes are generous.

I always receive a warm and friendly welcome when I walk in. The food is excellent, and the portions are generous. Although they are often busy, the wait times are usually quite reasonable. I recently picked up an order that was a bit delayed, but given how hectic they were, they kindly added a complimentary cookie and drink to apologize for the wait. It was only about five minutes late, but their thoughtfulness really stood out to me. I absolutely love this place; it's far better than Subway in every aspect! Also, if you go to YouTube and search for "Joey Diaz calls Subway," you won't regret it—it's just another reason why I prefer Jersey Mike's!

The sandwich was excellent, as usual. However, the delivery instructions I provided were not followed, which was quite frustrating.
