Country Pancake House - Ridgewood

The seating can be a bit cramped, so patience is key, especially on Saturday mornings. The servers are busy, but they’re always available when you need them. I might have to stir my coffee with a knife since there were no spoons, but the coffee was hot, and the pancakes were delightful and filling! Overall, I definitely recommend you go! Just remember to bring cash and bring some hungry friends with you!

No one in New Jersey makes decaf and regular coffee quite like Country Pancake House. Over the past two decades, I have visited their Ridgewood location with friends, alone, for business, and with family. The service and food quality have remained consistently excellent. I highly recommend this lovely spot. The portions are incredibly generous, and the service is both courteous and efficient. One of the standout features for me is their beautifully roasted decaf coffee, which is simply the best—tasting like real coffee instead of medicine.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. If you can, try to arrive a bit early, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Don’t miss out on the oversized pancakes!
