Milk Pull - Ridgewood

This is the most reliable coffee spot in Ridgewood, and the staff is wonderful. The cardamom syrup is also fantastic!

The drinks, baked goods, and food have always been excellent, but the attitude of the staff can be hit or miss and often unfriendly. A coworker and I have visited this place regularly for over two years, and we've both encountered similar unwelcoming interactions with the staff. It feels like they just can’t be bothered. Because of this, we both decided to stop coming here. There’s no need to start your day with such rude exchanges.

Nice hip coffee spot. Staff is pretty open and attentive. Great selection of sandwiches and entrees as well as pastries.

The vibe of this place has really changed. Super loud thumping music with lots of f-bombs, to the point one employee kept changing tracks when people with kids came in. This happened on two recent weekend visits. I don’t think they want people chilling there anymore. I used to spend an afternoon getting multiple drinks, reading, meeting friends. now I get one to-go if I visit at all. Just doesn’t feel relaxing. Coffee itself is still good.
