The pizza is pretty decent, although not the best in town. However, feels more like a social club for its teenage employees vs. a business. Half a dozen or more employees sitting around, doing nothing, talking, ignoring customers while the tables go uncleaned, garbages filled to the brim with trash and long waits for your food. Further, the group of 3-4 delivery guys take up one or two of the very few tables and several of the very limited parking spots. And when you call to place an order you struggle to hear the teenage employee you’re talking to because all the other teenage employees are laughing in the background. The owner needs to make sure his employees are doing their jobs more, chatting less and taking up less space needed for paying customers. As a teenager, I too delivered pizza, but would have been fired on the spot if I spent my free time sitting at a table reserved for customers while chatting it up with my pals.
Santoni's is my favorite pizza place no matter what combination of toppings we try, the result is always delicious . The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful.
Excellent customer service and food. I made a mistake with an order and they made it right. Very professional.
I’d give less if I could. Don’t bother trying to get delivery from this place. On a good night, the food will be there in 2 hours. But now I’ve had it happen to me twice when I call up to check on my order that they don’t have the ticket at all. Once we called it in and today it was an online order. So whatever is going on, you can’t trust that they are actually making your food when you call up. Don’t waste your time like I have now twice!
