Buyer beware: when ordering a 2-scoop sundae, they give you KID scoops instead of regular scoops and no, they won’t tell you. I was so disappointed. I’m already spending $7.50. I asked why the scoops were so small, he said in an effort to keep the same amount of topping at a similar price point, that’s what they’re doing. Giving you less ice cream but plenty of whip cream. It took all of 4 bites. Totally unsatisfying. If anything, it left an ugly taste in my mouth. I am tired of retailers thinking consumers are stupid by giving you less but charging you more. Their sandwiches are good tho.

I came in after work with friends and they had variety of choices to pick from that other Baskin Robins did not, the services was good, with this young guy and the ice cream itself was amazing !

Don't order a custom cake here I just came to pick up the cake and it was a complete disaster. I had such high hopes of fulfilling my daughters birthday wishes with a her favorite mango ice cream cake and wanted to surprise her with a pug puppy for her birthday and this cake was party of the reveal plans. I'm livid that they ruined such a special day that we put so much thought and planning into. They scraped the picture off of this random family and gave me a plain cake because at that point I couldn't leave without a one the party was in an hour. I'm beyond disappointed. HUGE HUGE let down. I don't blame the staff that had to deal with me at pickup, they did the best with situation at hand. I do blame the owner who I never got a response back from Lasitha whom I was in contact with prior. No apology. Nothing. Apparently she only wanted to refund me 10$. I really should have read the reviews before I opted to order from here.

I love nuttie coconut ice cream. The only place that has it.

Stopped in last weekend. My chocolate covered cone was old and didn't taste right. My gf and my ice cream was bland obviously old. Pretty disgusting experience.
