Banana Leaf - Riga

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Banana Leaf, a delightful South Indian restaurant located in the heart of Riga. As a lover of Indian cuisine, I was excited to try their offerings, and I must say, the experience did not disappoint. Ambience: Walking into Banana Leaf, I was immediately drawn to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with touches of South Indian culture, creating a cozy and authentic setting. Soft music played in the background, adding to the overall relaxed ambiance. Food: Dosa, chicken Monica is top of taste. Must try it. What else needs for good food with friends. I will come back ..

This place is elegant with an awesome South Indian vibe. I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Also the menu options are an excellent value… I'll definitely be back again.

A place in Riga centre, where many tasty indian dishes are served. I haven’t had a lot of indian food, therefore definitely wanted to try it here. In general, food is tasty, full of spices AND spicy (if you ask for it Cons: 1. Masala tea tasted more like water than masala (full of spices as it should be. 2. Service was quite bad the food was brought one by one, so one of us had to wait for the other. Drinks were served after the first dish, and we had to ask for it as well, as we thought, maybe they have forgotten. Overall, 6/10, some simple service improval would make the rating higher.

Such a lovely cozy place in central Riga with very nice welcoming and friendly owner! Thank you (forgot to ask for your name for your patience today and for helping us to make our mind while choosing our meals: Food is all delicious,fresh, authentic Indian. Can sit outdoors which works well now during Covid-time. My lovely food place in Riga from now on. Will come back again and bring my friends too ! Good luck with your business, lovely people:
