Easily the best Dairy Queen in the area. They can be super slow but the food is always good so it makes up for it in my book Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Recommended dishes: Fries, Chicken Strip

Went through the drive thru and had fairly fast service. Ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strips and once I opened up the boxes there was only 2 chicken strips in each even though I was charged for the 4 piece. Called their number 10+ times and no one ever answered. Had to call Broulim’s and ask to be transferred. Waited 20 minutes for someone at DQ to answer. They couldnt assist me in a refund because no manager was available. I’ll have to see if I can get ahold of one tomorrow, but unlikely someone will answer. I don't usually post on these things but when you order a large and pay for a large and get an extra small and get told that's what you get it with a not very nice attitude it gets kind of frustrating. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Slow service in drive thru, blizzards were melty, took 25 minutes to get 6 vehicles through the line. Not too impressed with this location at the moment. I'm comparing similar order and time of day with Blackfoot location which did much better. Hopefully this will be taken as construcive criticism and corrective changes made to better the offering to the Rigby community. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
