The Cake Mix - Rincon

I strongly advise against ordering a cake from this place! It was the worst cake I've ever had. The cake looked nothing like what I had requested, and the taste was terrible—none of the kids wanted to eat it! My son didn't even recognize the characters on the cake, which were supposed to be Spider-Man and The Hulk. So disappointing!

While I was sitting in my car writing this review, he approached me and told me to leave. I rolled up my window to ignore him, and he insulted me, calling me a "fat b****!" If you're considering this bakery, be warned: you will likely feel ripped off and treated poorly. It’s hard to believe a man with young girls would speak to women like that.

The best fondant cake I've ever tasted! It made my son's birthday so joyful! He wanted a Fortnite cake featuring his favorite character, and the artist executed it flawlessly! They truly aimed to please, and they succeeded brilliantly!

The owner was professional and the cupcakes were ready as promised and delicious ! Will definitely patronize again and refer everyone I know?

I ordered 12 cupcakes from this bakery and the owner made me prepay. That should of told me to check the reviews first. But no I ordered and prepaid, $22.00 for 12 cupcakes. I entered to see him lounging in a chair almost laying and I said I placed an order for cupcakes and he said they are over there. He would not even get up. The cupcakes were in a box on a shelf and not refrigerated. I asked him why they were not refrigerated and he stated they are fresh. Then I noticed how small they were, and when I asked him why are they so small. he did not respond. There were several small girls there around him and they stated to me that the cupcakes are real good, that makes sense since he was giving away all the extra ones he made that I paid for. I went to walk away and he raised his voice and told me Not To Come Back. So I went out to my car and started writing a review on my recent experience and I saw another lady walking out with one of these cupcakes as well. Then all of a sudden I see him walking out to my car, at this point there was nothing he could say to me. I cracked the window just a little and he tried to tell me that the book store is closed, knowing full well I was just in his bakery. So I started to roll my window back up and he called me a Fat B@ $H. I put all of this in my review. Then I get home and look and he had blocked me from seeing the reviews, but I used another device and saw what he replied to it, Once again calling me names, like he did in the parking lot and out right lied about what had happened. This man is around small kids, and talks to women like this!! If anyone looks at these reviews and clearly sees how displeased people are and to see his comments back to these reviews it shows you the type of person he is. I do not need to resort to name calling, I am an adult. I learned my lessons and will not come back, now I just want to save someone else from having an experience like this. And ladies being a woman and a mom, I would never say that a man called me a Fat B@ $H unless he did. With the world the way it is now, there is absolutely no reason for any business owner to treat or talk to any customer spending their hard earned money in their business this way. There is NO justification for his words or actions except just wrong!!
