They built the entire wooden structure of the restaurant themselves, located in Añasco. During a recent trip to the Ricon Beach Resort, just 1 km from the hotel, I stumbled upon the Mahi Mahi Restaurant. I had read about it in a magazine or travel guide about Puerto Rico and was eager to try it. After a two-hour drive from San Juan, I checked into the hotel, enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from my balcony, and found an article about the Mahi Mahi in one of the hotel's magazines. I had been craving a good Mojito for a while, and I was thrilled to see that they make their own delicious version at Mahi Mahi. I made it a point to have one every night during my trip. In addition to the amazing Mojitos, I highly recommend trying the fresh grilled fish of the day. Be prepared for long wait times at restaurants in this area of the island, but I guarantee it is worth it! [hidden link]
