I liked the food. The portions were big I like the environment but you need to have friendlier staff and better service.
It was our first visit to this restaurant on a quiet night during the week. Maybe it was because it was a slow night, but unfortunately it was not suitable for a couple to have a nice quiet dinner despite the lack of patrons. It appeared more of a nightclub or reception place than a restaurant. We were given the choice of where to sit, but found it difficult to find a spot away from the clubbers music that seemed to only be on to entertain the young staff. Eventually we settled on one of the booths. The seats were so worn out, they were threadbare, but comfortable. The young lady who greeted us we never saw again. As my partner has lost most of her voice, the music made it both hard for her to talk and hard for me to hear her. She took to using her small whiteboard to communicate with me, and this was noticed by the staff but not one offer to turn the music down was made. Eventually a young man appeared to take our order and apart from same young man bringing out our meals, that was the end of the service. As it was our first time there , we took quite some time to discover that even though the menu looked good, there was actually very little range to choose from. Maybe a question if it was our first time there and subsequent offer to go thru menu? We ended up settling on a Kebab with rice. It appeared a short time later looking pretty much exactly as it does in the photo. The best part of the meal was the rice. The kebab was dry and pretty much tasteless, so even though it was not expensive at $24.50, I've had much better for less. It's only saving grace was that there was plenty on the plate. There was free salad on offer near the dance floor and we had some of that and it was very basic tomato, lettuce and cabbage but it was very fresh. Overall I would say that it may be a good place for young people to party or for a reception when it's busy but as a restaurant to go to for nice food good ambiance and good service mid week give it a miss.
Food was really good respect to quality and value for money. What I didn't like about service that was long waiting for dinner but it was compensated by free appetiser from staff( highly appreciated).Their behaviour and service is professional and special thanks for Emad which made us incredible night.
The experience was great because the staff were friendly and could speak Persian which helped ordering easier. I have also booked my birthday dinner coming up and they have been very accomadating to my needs.
