Tgi Fridays Eastland - Ringwood (VIC)

I bought bread, but the cashier put it in the small bag and half of the bread was on the table. I asked the cashier why it was like this. She was not happy. I asked for another one. Another waiter changed it and handed it to the cashier. The cashier directly changed it. The bread was thrown into my hand. I have never seen such a bad service attitude. I have been in Australia for more than ten years. This is the first time I have encountered it. I can't laugh or say sorry.

The staff were excellent and very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! I'm especially grateful to the person who helped me this morning with the hot bread. Thank you!

Absolutely appalling! I ordered a bunch of snacks for my family and me, and when we got home, my mom took a bite of hers only to discover A HAIR! She was almost sick—it was that disgusting. After that, no one wanted to eat what I had bought. I’m definitely not coming back, even though I usually love Bread Talk. For the love of God, make sure your staff wears hair nets!

Keep increasing the price but the ingredients (pork floss less than before ! Put full of pork floss on top and bottom side, seems like full! After one bite you can see little bit pork floss, Inside less like hell! No wonder so many bad review , authentic Asian greedy boss! Good trick! Answer: first I’m regular customer all the time! The shop most all the bread ingredients getting less and smaller than before and price always increase! Ask Provide the date ? And then, for? Second: you say always Check the ingredients? But how most all bread inside ingredients getting more less? Specially this type of bread ? So u meant always check inside ingredients to make sure less than before and making more profit ? What a joke excuse ?

Bought matcha cake today. It tastes like wax, so dry! Apparently it’s not made today! Yuck!
