An absolute Michelin Star experience!! 6 out of 5 stars. I was honestly ready to be disappointed because we came here for a relative birthday, so it wasn't our choice and I thought there were ZERO vegan options because it was Brazil, but boy I was wrong! They had a vegan/veg tasting menu, and each step of the way was only EXQUISITE. I can't describe it with words because you have to try it yourself. Every single combination of flavors was just so well thought out! Compliments to the cook!! From the starter, to the starter, to the main, to the starter and actual dessert. My mouth is smiling. And even thought, ironic, the menu sections look like they could not feed a 2 years old, we are more than satisfied here. Will definitely be back for more!! You need this *fine* culinary experience.

Great tasting menu! We loved everything we were served. They had vegetarian options for me, which was great. I'd definitely go back. Amazing quality and service!

An excellent meal as a whole. The service was fast. Friendly stuff.

What a great experience it was. A bit disappointing though on the wine list as it didn’t have any Riesling option. We have chosen the “Chef’s Signature” menu which was brilliant from the first course until the last one. When we thought it was about to finish, they brought even more dishes. High lights were their Neapolitan Ragu, Wagyu carpaccio and the Baccala Main. Also at the end, the chef Cassese himself checked on us. FOH and BOH are real stars.

Elegant restaurant with a great ambiance inside the famous Copacabana palace. I will admit I was expecting a little bit more from both the food and service. The bread they brought to the table was delicious. The waiter was very attentive but had to double check ingredients included in the main dishes a couple times the burrata cheese was of a different consistency than I expected and the pork was a bit dry. It overall was still a good experience, but with all the prestige surrounding the Belmond I was expecting it to have been extraordinary
