Chili's Grill Rio Grande City

I have to give a five-star to this Chili's because it was not too noisy in there... So often the volume on the music or the games is so loud that you can't even talk or hear comfortably... So hats off to the managers in this Chili's restaurant

Food was good and our waitress was awesome. My issue is the loud music from the bar section. Then the glass wall in between the bar and dining area has been removed and you can hear all the pendegadas foul language the people are saying. No longer afamily restaurant for me.

The service here is exceptional. I recommend visiting during off-peak hours; I always do and enjoy sitting at the bar. They have the best burger and steak in the area. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and they even served me one with plenty of marbling, which I absolutely love—definitely a meat lover's paradise!

Our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The waiter took about 15 minutes to take our order. We started with the triple dipper appetizer, and the mini burgers looked unappetizing. For our main course, we ordered the honey chipotle cripers, but they tasted like burnt oil. We had to repeatedly call the waiter for drink refills, and when he finally brought them, he didn't take away the empty cups, leaving several on our table. Additionally, our dirty plates were left untouched, leading us to place them on a nearby table ourselves. When it was time to pay, we waited at our table for about 30 minutes without any service.

I frequently order takeout from this restaurant for my family. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is friendly. It's also a great spot to grab a drink.
