Applebee's Grill - Rio Rancho

The location on 528 has very poor customer service, we didn't get an employee to come up front, we stood there for 20mins. I don't recommend the food here either, Employees aren't friendly at all.

Good service and attentive staff. The only downside for me is that the last 3 times I?ve been there and ordered a steak cooked medium it arrived way to well done. I?m not one too complain at a restaurant so I let it slide. However it?ll probably be a while before we go back.

The food is alright. We had a $25 gift card and the appetizer 2 entree deal for $25 was convenient. For an appetizer we had the chips with spinach and artichoke dip that also came with salsa. Some of the chips weren't made properly as they were kind of shiny and hard to bite through. I had the BBQ Riblets. They were fine. Kind of dry at some parts but the oozes of decent BBQ sauce made up for that. I got loaded mashed potatoes, the loaded was definitely not worth it. My

I love this Applebee's. We brought the whole family for dinner.. They make good drinks and the food is always great just like the service. Great place for a nice family dinner.

My trip to applebee was pleasant. we had one standing where my buddy and I had a nice lunch. at no time we were rushed and the waiter was johnny at the place refreshing our drinks. the salate I had was the oriental huh. there were beautiful portions of green and huh. the crispy chicken was too bleeding, so I would recommend the broiled. all in all a pleasant experience.
