Ordered for pick up website says closes at 10 doors were locked at 8:30?? Had to bang on door. Order was missing items and no ice in the cokes. First and last time ordering from here.
I placed an online order and arrived at the scheduled pick-up time, which was about half an hour later. The cashier assured me that my order would be ready soon. However, I ended up waiting an additional half hour while everyone else, including customers who had just walked in and placed their orders, received theirs ahead of me. I inquired about my order again, but the cashier seemed unaware of its status. It ultimately took over an hour to finally receive my order, and when I got home, I discovered that instead of the 12 pieces I had ordered, they had only provided 10. I tried calling them to resolve this issue, but...
KFC continues to serve delicious food. However, they accidentally left out one piece from our 8-piece chicken order. When we returned, the manager was courteous and promptly repacked our entire order with fresh, hot food. Thank you! Everything was just as it should be—hot and tasty, consistent with what we expect from them.
I had to cancel my Uber order as well as a second order I had accepted. I was standing outside the door, which was locked, and the cashier didn't acknowledge me at all. She looked at me but didn't say a word or make any gesture. In fact, she seemed agitated while handling the cash register, and it was around 7:30 PM. Their closing time is stated as 10 PM. I don’t understand why they accept Uber and Grubhub orders and payments if they close so much earlier than what is listed on their website.
