Kfc - Rio Rancho

I had to give a star rating for this review, but it certainly doesn't deserve it. On New Year's Day, I placed a DoorDash order from this KFC location and was extremely disappointed. The mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and biscuits were days old, and the chicken wasn't properly cooked. KFC used to have high standards, but now it feels like it's gone downhill. I'd rather eat a cold military meal than this so-called KFC food. It fell below even the lowest expectations. I wouldn't be surprised if this place had an outbreak of food poisoning, and I think a visit from the local health department is in order.

Almost every time I order delivery, there's a mistake with my meal. When I call to report the issue, they tell me to "come in and talk to a manager" or to contact DoorDash or Grubhub. It feels like a cop-out and a cheap way to avoid addressing the problem. They've even messed up my order while I was standing right in front of them.

Ordered for online withdrawal. No, I'm just waiting in and taking off the counter. fast, comfortable. eat and order what I wanted.

Ordered for pick up website says closes at 10 doors were locked at 8:30?? Had to bang on door. Order was missing items and no ice in the cokes. First and last time ordering from here.

KFC still has great tasting food. They didn't put one of the 8 piece in with the rest of the chicken order. When we went back the Manager was polite and quick to repack the entire order with hot food. Thank you, Nothing was wrong with the food. It was hot and delicious, just as we expected. Consistent and great tasting.Food: 5/5
