Viet Rice - Rio Rancho

Our experience was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and our waitress was outstanding. Everything was clean and inviting. All of the food our group ordered was fine. The egg roll appetizer was just right warm and crisp. We recommend this restaurant.

We love this restaurant. We are addicted to their footballs and the Vietnamese sandwiches. We have tried many other dishes as well and have never been disappointed. Getting takeout here was the joy of our week during Covid and this will continue for us.

This was a very long detailed complaint but I've deleted it for the sake of sparing you, the reader, the details. I will just say, we used to love this restaurant. We've been 3 times since it changed ownership, and been disappointed each time. Always hopeful it was going to get better. But today took the prize. We will never go there again. Honestly, it's the worst customer service ever all the way up to management. There is no ambiance. And most importantly, there is no kindness. And the food isn't as good as it used to be either, though the prices have gone up 150%. Viet Rice, if you want your restaurant to be a success, you might start by being nice to the people going to your restaurant. PS, your new sign in the front window is rude.

Some weird life experience.... brought me here. Only way I would ever venture into this restaurant is if it was #1 Open...#2 not fast food. #3 I was searching for something exciting. All three criteria lined up. Two of us ...me Teri were in Rio Rancho. Never been there. It?s time to eat, explore some food, sit at a table, enjoy napkins real chop sticks. It all happened for us. Thanks to a wonderful staff. I live 300 miles away... and will return for another wonderful meal. Thanks everyone.....keep the spirit.km

The spring rolls are the worst. The chicken in them have no flavor and seem to have been from boiled chicken . The peanut sauce is literally watered down peanut butter. Also the pho (fah) taste like nothing. And they give you a old mint leave on the stick. The chicken in this was boiled with no flavor. I definitely feel they were being hateful or just don?t know how to cook! The mint leave which is not necessary was soggy. Also the water for the soup is not hot enough to make the sprouts warm
