César Cabezas proprietor of the business studied gastronomy at ESPOCH and specialized in Argentina to become an expert in gastronomic management and a professional pastry. At the venue you can appreciate a cultural meeting for its particular adequacy with decorations that reflect the traditions of the twenty-four provinces. Nativa Gastronomy Ecuatoriana offers you from empanadas, tortillas with rubber, hen broth, fried, ceviche of palmito, on Saturdays caldo de pata, Sundays of Yaguarlocro, to grilled.
