The staff is amazing, they were ready to help everytime. The view and the nature is great. We are going to visit it again.

Overall the place is beautiful. I did have few bad experiences there though. 1. The room was very cold and they don't have heaters. 2. Wifi was not working well, and they ignored my messages on whatsapp asking for the password for the second network. 3. The door was broken and wouldn't lock. 4. The horse riding experience was horrible, DO NOT BOOK. The horses are treated badly, they are sick and skinny, we were 4 people, two of the horses ran away with my 2 of my friends, who don't know how to ride horses. The guide lost them and we didn't know where they were all this time. Eventually, the horses brought them back safely, but they were galloping fast and they could've fallen from the horse. The price was 224k cop (about $60), so I guess we got what we paid for. That was my experience.

We have been here many times it’s a great spot to go and relax tasty food good drinks and hot chocolate. They have made some improvements to the property it’s even nicer now. Next we plan on going and spending the night.

Really cool place to explore with your partner. The folks working here are extremely helpful and attentive. Food quality was great and has a variety of selections. Rooms were clean well decorated and well equipped with full mini bar.
