This restaurant has deteriorated rapidly. I personally knew some employees who worked there for a few months and were threatened by the senior staff via Snapchat. The managers are unprofessional and the environment is not safe for minors. The restaurant is consistently dirty and has a dingy appearance. The cooks do not wear hair nets or gloves, they do not wash their hands, and they eat off customers' plates. There are reports that the ice has mold in it. The food does not justify the poor service provided by the staff. I would not recommend anyone to work or dine at this establishment. 0/10 rating.

We entered the restaurant and sat down at a table where about 20 people were already seated together at a long table. My husband and I were the only other customers there. We were promptly given water with lemon, but were informed that they had run out of ice for our drinks. We ordered two catfish plates and waited for 45 minutes with no sign of our order. As we looked around, we noticed that the other customers were being served their drinks with ice. Despite this, no one offered us ice for our drinks. After ten more minutes of waiting, still without any food or ice, we saw the staff standing and simply staring at us. Frustrated, we decided to leave and vowed never to return.

We have dined at this restaurant multiple times. The brunette waitress lacks personality and always appears disinterested. However, the food is delicious.

The breakfast at this diner was good and served in a traditional style. The service this morning was excellent, with a very polite young lady assisting us. However, I can only give this place 2 stars because it was quite dirty. We arrived early, shortly after opening, and it was clear that the previous guests had left it in a messy state. The floors need to be thoroughly cleaned with a proper cleaning solution and water change. The tables were not cleared from the previous customers, and the bathroom was in need of a good scrub and toilet cleaning. Seeing all of this gave me a negative impression of the kitchen.
