Pizza Roma - Ripley

Had our 1st pizza from here Friday, pizza was good, but disappointed that they were advertised at 10, but the reality was 9 .

Very bland pizza. Literally no flavour. That or I've had covid each time I've ordered from here. Literally no taste whatsoever. Kebabs okay.

Ordered at 11pm, app said food would be with us in 45mins. One hour later (now midnight) and very hungry, pizza Roma have cancelled our order with no explanation and are not answering calls. Ordered from them once before and had no problems, really disgusted with the lack of customer service and leaving it until an HOUR LATER to cancel it...for no reason? So now we have no food, no explanation and have to wait 3-5 days for a refund? Seriously? Get it together pizza Roma?

Ordered from here, should of checked the ratings and reviews. Will not order again as we got food poisoning. Read the environmental health report online

Delivery took one our and 45 minutes, food was cold when we get it,we ask for cheese chips but the chees wasn't melted,pizza was disgusting, we never go here again
