Subway - Ripon

I called the Ripon location twice, to inquire about catering for a large sporting event at the local high school. Both times I was told a manager would call me back—no one ever did. Needless to say they lost a potentially large order and I am happily using a different local business.

Orderd a spicy itlanian, no jalapeños no oil and vinegar. Everytime I put a tip on my mobile order the order is incorrect. Dub is very dry hardly any mayo. Wished I could post a picture!!

We came in the evening so maybe it's better in the mornings, but the kitchen area was so messy. The ledge they build your sandwiches on was very dirty and the area with the food was a mess. Toppings all over in other topping compartments and it was just unappetizing to look at. I'd recommend making cleanliness a priority, especially when the customers have a clear view of it all.

It's subway. But everything was clean and people were friendly.

Horrible. You order the steak and cheese with extra steak and pay for it dont get extra, the other toppings also very little also when it clearly wrote more some people should just sit on their butts at home instead and not even go to work to try to do their job when people are paying good money. We for sure will not be back! Subway if you are smart get rid of these losers who cant handle following a order!!! You are losing alot of customers. WAKE UP!!!
