What a hidden gem! We’re staying at Zash around the corner in early spring but were craving some local and authentically cooked food, thankfully we found La Corte Del Casale. It’s quaint, energetic and some of the best food we’ve had in Sicily. We had the local fish and freshly caught lobster that day and it was incredible. Locally sourced wine, friendly service and if you’re curious ask all the questions the team have amazing local knowledge. We’d highly recommend taking a walk down the dirt path, smile at the eccentric atmosphere and local vibes because the food is 10 stars! We’ll be coming back here
