Zorba Organic Cafe - Rishīkesh

I tried the amaranth porridge with dates and coffee with coconut milk at this restaurant. The taste was okay and the prices were fair for the location. While it is not as cheap as local prices, the curries are priced at least 200 rupees like other places (which I find ridiculous by the way). The dahl is 120 rupees, so it's only 50 more than the true local prices. The restaurant offers beautiful views of the Ganga and has lovely seating arrangements (just a reminder: you are in India!). The WiFi was a bit unreliable, so it may not be the best spot for digital nomads. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially once they noticed I was a customer (haha! Make sure you catch someone's attention when you arrive, especially during low season, or you may have to wait a while).

There were some intriguing vegan options on the menu. The waiter made an effort to assist me. However, the pillows and seats appeared to be dirty, making it uncomfortable to linger. The tea with soy milk was not very enjoyable. (Updated based on a previous review from July 23, 2019)

Juices and health recordings are so good, they have such a large selection of vegan foods that is amazing that the food was so good. Most beautiful mushroom masala I had and staff are so beautiful.

I had spinach coconut soup and hummus plate. Both were super yum and reasonable price. Look was beautiful.
