Dantes Imports - River Edge

Just had an awesome Spicy Italian hero (special) from Dante's. The sub was packed with meats and absolutely delicious. Also had their red skinned potato salad and rotini pasta salad. Both were about average+. You really can't go wrong with anything you get at Dante's. The owners are no nonsense and take their business seriously it comes through in their great sandwiches (especially, cold subs). Easily one of, if not the best Italian deli in Bergen County.

Best Italian deli in Bergen county, I 've been coming here for over 20 years and can 't remember ever being let down by the service or quality of the food. Sandwiches are one better than the next, they 're always over stuffed with food. We 've catered from Dante 's on more than one occasion and have always satisfied.

Visited this deli the past weekend and had no clue it was there. I ordered the turkey cheddar melt with bacon, the sandwich was good there was a little too much bread but for next time I can try to ask for different bread. The staff was friendly and accommodating to time and suggestions. I'd recommend this deli to the next person.

Great place for sandwiches! They have one of the best Italian subs I've ever had.

Spicy Italian is a go-to. Bread can sometimes get soggy from the hot peppers so make sure you're eating it soon after purchase.
