The young adults running the establishment could be a bit friendlier. Additionally, the place could use a little more cleanliness. For me, consistent glove use is essential. I also believe that the cashier shouldn't be handling both the cash register—money and cards—and then putting food into containers.

I ordered a Penne Rosa, soup, salad, and a baguette to go for lunch for myself and another person. Unfortunately, the Penne Rosa had no mushrooms or spinach, and hardly any tomatoes. It's frustrating to pay the full price for a dish that’s missing key ingredients. The Caesar salad also lacked fresh lettuce, and the soup was cold and clearly not reheated, indicating that it wasn't fresh. I picked up my food at 1:30 PM, well before closing time. Additionally, the staff was quite rude. There were no signs to indicate where to go for online order pickups, and when I tried to check the orders on the shelves, they yelled at me instead of explaining the process. I definitely won't be coming back.

I also noticed a tray of chicken sitting out behind the gentleman who took my order, and it remained there even when our meal was finished. When my daughter requested chopsticks from the server when our food was brought to the table, he just replied that they were inside. It feels like both customer service and food quality have declined at Noodles and Company, and I don't plan on returning.

I liked it! Even though you ordered in the store, you get the to-go presentation. My favorite was zucchini pesto, it was delicious, also you have gluten-free options so you can enjoy noodles. The staff was nice and kind. The place is neat and clean.You should try it.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The food was undercooked, and the cashier's demeanor was quite unfriendly. It would have been nice to see a smile and a warm greeting from him; instead, he seemed like he was just going through the motions.
