Twice Daily - River Kelvin

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery! The staff were extremely friendly, the restrooms were immaculate, and the lively rock wall really added some brightness to my day. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

I have traveled all over the country, and this place has surely been one of the best I've found. They offer a wide selection of coffee and food, all at reasonable prices. The rock wall is truly stunning; it shows a great pride in the community and attracts visitors from near and far. Most importantly, for weary travelers, there is free and secure overnight parking available, which is ideal for a refreshing break. If you ever happen to be in Kimball, Tennessee, be sure to stop by—it's definitely worth it! And thank you for the complimentary coffee for signing up!

The restaurant is spotless, offers an excellent selection, and has a welcoming staff. A kind woman saw me searching for decaf coffee and immediately brewed some for me. I also love the coffee station; it has a fantastic variety to choose from!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Leah Kinsey, who I find to be the most unprofessional employee I've ever encountered. She was extremely rude, even tossing my money back at me, which caused it to fall to the floor. I plan to report her behavior to corporate because I believe she should face consequences, possibly even losing her job. I've never experienced such disrespect; she even swore at me without provocation. It felt as if my money wasn’t good enough for her, especially since my husband paid the same bill without any issues. I would rate my experience a complete zero out of ten and will not be returning. Furthermore, the general manager ignored Leah’s behavior, allowing her to mistreat customers without any intervention. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this restaurant, especially if they have to deal with her. She is not fit for a customer-facing role.

This place is tidy, convenient, and very inviting. During our road trip, we stopped here for fuel and snacks. As we explored the aisles, the cashier engaged us in a warm conversation, making us feel right at home. The restrooms were immaculate, the aisles well-organized, and they had a fantastic variety of convenience store snacks, a large coffee station, hot food choices, and a walk-in cooler filled with adult beverages. As a first-time visitor, I felt immediately at ease. The outdoor rock wall also offered a fun diversion from the typical refueling stop.
