They move to better facility and now there just worthless open when they want to, forget that ppl called in orders food is jus alright. Just close up!

I've ordered from here for years and usually never had a problem. With new staff and almost no staff this place is horrible. I have ordered and gotten the wrong food...only to be yelled at by the waitress telling me that's what I ordered. I just got food giving them another chance...only to not have fries in my order. I literally ordered fries with everything I had. I am pregnant and really wanted my chili cheese fries. I feel bad even giving this review. I like the owner and one of the waitresses I've lived in Rouge for a long time and have been going there for so long. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back. Sucks it's like one of the only places in Rouge.

The hamburger I ordered unfortunately tasted like soybean meal

I paid for a meal that I never received, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant.
