The teenagers in here running customer service are slow . Had a door dash order at 10 didn't leave till 1040 .

This Jamba Juice location is a plus for its drive thru but compared to all the locations in Modesto, it's by far the slowest one yet. Expect to wait 20-30 mins in the drive thru just for your drink to be halfway melted or completely watery.

We explore their wide-ranging menu daily to select the healthiest choices for us. Each time we visit, we leave feeling revitalized and full of energy! Everything is consistently fantastic!

The restaurant often lacks adequate staffing, and the manager seems disengaged during his time there. He frequently walks around, directing employees even when they are already busy with their tasks. Although the staff members are polite and respectful, the manager's negative demeanor can be quite off-putting. It's truly disheartening, and it would be better if he either resigned or was let go.

I just spent 45 minutes in the drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon, and it was very slow and unprofessional. I wasn't even given a spoon for my bowl, which had nearly melted by the time I got it. To top it off, the blueberries still had stems on them.
