She was very knowledgeable about the coffees, which helped me make a better decision. Thank you for having such great employees at Crossroads! They are quick, friendly, and have a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure to wait.

Update. Our favorite place. The large terrace is the best in 25 miles. Management tried to keep this place open. Sometimes the drive is thru open, sometimes the entire store is closed. It is obviously not a lack of traffic, it is staff. Store follows other restaurant or retail chains that fail protocols and improve participation. Drinks and snacks are good. Baristas are polite.

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly, they accurately fulfill orders, and they keep everything well-stocked. Judy and her team are outstanding. I make a special effort to visit this location because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even when the drive-thru line is long, they manage to keep things moving quickly. Excellent job, and thank you!

This Starbucks location offers excellent service with a friendly and attentive staff, much like others in the chain, but it stands out with its numerous advantages. It boasts a convenient location, plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors for socializing, and remarkably quick service.
