Cafe Zupas - Riverdale

Tried to place an online to-go order, got through selecting all of the items (7 total) and went to check out only to be told every single item was invalid and was automatically removed from my cart. Sorry, you don’t want my order, then you won’t get it.

I ordered door dash and my order was completely wrong, missing items, and soup was spilled everywhere because the lid was not properly sealed. I am very very disappointed, it appears as though staff went out of their way to get my order wrong, or absolutely none of them know how to read. Judging by the quality of my food, either are logical options.

Cafe Zupas never disappoints. The food is fresh and delicious. It is often busy because it is so good but worth the wait if there is a line.

Got the Ultimate grilled cheese. Nothing about this was Ultimate. The sandwich was tiny, my 10 yr olds hands are bigger, $10 for a tiny sandwich is a joke. The girl that helped me seemed annoyed that i went right to the register to get my order. Horrible experience, will not be returning.
