My wife and I were stranded last minute in New York as our flights were cancelled Thursday night and my friend reached out to Joe at Ember by Smokey Joe to see if he could help. He reached OUT TO US to deliver food at a discount and to help us under the circumstances. He was a true mench, wanted nothing in return, and looking to help. The food.. UNBELIEVEABLE and sooo delicious!! If you live in NYC and ever want a Shabbos off from cooking you have to try Smokey Joe's food its the customer service you could only dream of!

This restaurant and take out use to be amazing but when they make an error they are rude, arrogant and very unprofessional! I was saddened by the service they provided and the way they treated a customer who has been loyal for years!
