Wes Tavern - Riverdale

The place is fantastic! Colleen is an incredibly talented young woman who makes her customers feel like family; I truly feel the warmth and care.

The food isn’t amazing, but it’s a fantastic spot to grab a drink with a friendly atmosphere, both from the staff and the patrons. The vibe is lovely, featuring the classic dive decor that fans of dive bars typically appreciate, and the prices are reasonable. This has quickly become my favorite watering hole in the area.

Great Barmaids !! Dart , table , COLD beer fun people. Not a place for a dinner reservation but drinks YES !!

I love Wes tavern. They have the best Buffalo wings you can buy. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

Wes's or Chet,s bar and grill no longer exists. It did when I was in high school. On Bloomingfale Main Street not far, from where , Rite Aide, exists today. For this reason, I cant vomment, it was a fire, that took it down. It was a rough bar with a pay phone by the door. I used to sneak in at age 12 to use pay phone with friends to beg mommy for rides back home to TreeTop Apts IT HAS NOT BEEN OPEN FOR ABOUT 35 YEARS NOW
