Cold Stone Creamery - Riverside

So I went in at around 650 pm feb. 22 and while we were ordering I had ask if there hiring i said because my son was looking for a job son has autism and was with me and heard everything and the girl told us well the owner don’t hire boys only girls. I was so mad and to top it off my older son and youngest was right there. I wish I could speak to owner or manager about this.

The lady that wears the scarf over her head is so rude and this isn't the first time! The other girl was making my ice cream and added the banana but literally put like an inch, so I asked her to add more and she was but then the lady asked her what size did I order and she reprimanded her in front of customers. Then my son ordered a smoothie and I guess she was adding too much of something and she was getting scolded in front of customers by this lady again and the girl was embarrassed! Bad customer service! Someone needs to reprimand this lady to see how she likes it!

Is amazing how people that works with customers are so rude. I felt rush and questioned when i requested more of one topping. I believe either the owner or whatever, must do something about these rude people.

As much as I love this place I ordered a large ice cream an I choked on a magnet. They put a whole magnet in my ice cream.

This store missed an item in a delivery order. It took multiple attempts to call the store, and when I finally reached them, they made no effort to fix the problem. All they offered was to have me drive down and pick up the missing item. They have no concept of service recovery and terrible customer service. All they said was that they'd have a manager call. This is a terribly run store.
