The chicken is very good, just right, neither burnt nor raw. They were very friendly and quickly sent me out.

Received the absolute worse customer service from this location. It smells like straight sewage in there , I asked politely for condiments and a man that said his name was OSCAR was extremely rude and didn’t even speak English.. when asking for a manager a woman with a mustache named Evelyn walks up extremely hostile. Not the service you should want to present in a beautiful city. Do better el pollo loco !

The food was excellent as usual. The manager is so friendly and kind. She gives such great service. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

This place smells like a sewer the moment you walk in. The food made me and my brother sick.
