Juan Pollo - Riverside

This location by far the worst location. The recipes are different . It’s dark in there and the workers are rude . Save the trip go to the corona one . Even their meat is different than the typical juan pollo . It’s like new people came in and changed EVERYTHING . If the food is **** and the customer service is **** why even bother ? We are spending our money not the other way around ? Ehh never again

The potato salad looks like mashed potatoes the flavor taste bad and the rice isn't the original recipe

Stopped by today, we got spoiled potato salad that was Sour! Rice no longer has flavor like before. This location is going downhill

I understand increasing your prices but decreasing the portion size is ridiculous. Order the 2 piece meal and the thigh was smaller than the drumstick.

Great customer service. Delicious food! Not too expensive. Food is fresh and ready to go. Parking: Large shopping center. Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Family oriented restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
