Veronica's attitude and customer service were excellent; she encouraged me to reach out if I had any issues. The only hiccup was that the tortillas were different from what I had ordered, and they stuck together, but it wasn't a major issue. It's great to have a locally owned restaurant in the area.
If you're looking for chicken that truly reflects the flavors of an authentic Mexican dish, then Acapulco Pollo delivers just that. Food: 4/5
The food was delicious and the service was excellent! This is definitely the place to go for chicken! Overall rating: 5/5.
The chicken was dry, the staff were rude, and the kitchen seems filthy. Would not eat here. The owner, Jose Gonzales, is also an awful human being who does not deserve business.
Chicken and all the sides have absolutely no flavor. The sides included beans, white rice, potato salad, 2 salsas and tortillas. This dinner came to $27.00. It was a waste of time to get it. I am only giving it one star because it will not let me post this until I raise it. I would much rather post no star.
