Absolutely delicious and satisfying! We indulged in a king crab, shrimp boil, oysters, and calamari appetizers, along with a catfish sandwich and fries. We will definitely be back!
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was always accompanied by a smile. The atmosphere felt very welcoming and warm. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and we will be returning soon. Thank you, Kristen, for taking such good care of us!
Amazing service and food is phenomenal!! Ask for Briana! She was so detailed and gave excellent recommendations! The bartender offered fabulous Holiday drink specials. On 4/15/ 22 , I placed an order for pick up, of lobster, shrimp and scallop with extra broccoli. When I picked up my order I noticed that the pick up ticket said, 2 orders of scallops and shrimp. I told the hostess that my order was wrong and she called for the manager . The manager (Travis) told me because I ordered on line from place that handles their orders, CHOWNOW, That he could not fix my order ???? I said I dont want you to fix anything and that I just wanted what I originally ordered. Travis stated that he would not do that. I asked to be refunded for their mistake if they couldn 't fix the order. Travis called someone on the phone who told him he could not give me a refund. I asked for the corporate number and the store number. Travis informed me that there is no corporate office and he didn 't know the store number.???? I then said. Okay, please have them make me a lobster and I paid $17.05 for lobster that should have been included in my first order. I informed him that I will be in touch with a higher authority and that I will be raising hell because customers should never be denied having their order fixed. Travis then informed me that he was just a bartender acting as a manager because the real manager was out sick. When I opened my food at home, I had a lobster that was so tiny that the corn and half potato were both bigger. And it was over cooked and tough. The shrimps were dirty and for it to be two orders of scallops, there were only 12 scallops. ????For $61.83 I feel that I have been robbed ???? They never have to worry about my money coming that way again.
