Not sure why it says closed they are open. But very disappointed with this place. I was so excited to try it after an exhausting dr apt. But the customer service was SO poor. There were 3 employees working, but I saw my drink cup sitting there for like 5 minutes without being touched. 2 of the girls were mopping the floor, instead of providing service which I found to be very weird!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Love these guys n gals! Great coffe, great people , great experience. So stop by the hospital or medical office building and get a real cup o joe!!

If this is the one in the urgent care bldg, I just left and had DALIA R. As a barista. She was amazing. Poor thing was all alone, had a huge line and orders lined up. She was killing it! I understand the covid regulations but y'all need to put at least two people working a shift. Minimum. One to take orders +drinks and other to do just drinks. Anyway, thanks for my coffee Dalia! Taste like heaven. :

Always Delicious, no matter what u order. You get authentic, strong coffee and teas made any way you want!! Sooooo Good!! Green tea blended taste so much better then Starbucks!! Add a twist and get it with a swirl of Carmel and a shot of espresso!!

Good coffee but be advised, this is INSIDE of Kaiser's Urgent Care so it is not a traditional coffee house. There is no seating and just a few food items in the fridge/counter. No food was listed on the menu. I was only disappointed because I was looking for a place to read and drink coffee. If all you want is to pick up coffee and don't mind dealing with parking at the hospital, you won't be disappointed.
